Thank you for choosing Indian Hair Extensions Inc, a wholesale supplier of raw Indian temple hair extensions. Because our products are sourced from single donors and prepared for custom wholesale orders, we follow strict quality control and return rules to protect both buyers and suppliers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only if all conditions below are met:

1. The product is unused, unwashed, uncolored, and unaltered

2. Hair ties, bands, lace, and original packaging are intact

3. Request is made within 3 days of delivery

4. Proof of defect is provided (photos/videos)

Returns are approved only after inspection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because raw temple hair is hygienic and custom-prepared, the following cannot be returned:

• Used or installed hair

• Washed, colored, bleached, cut, or chemically treated hair

• Custom wigs or made-to-order products

• Clearance or discounted items

• Orders damaged due to improper handling by customer

Wholesale bulk orders are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• Wrong product

• Manufacturing defect

• Damage during shipping

Please email us within 48 hours with:

• Order number
• Photos/videos clearly showing issue
• Packaging photos

After verification, we will offer:

✔ Partial refund
✔ Store credit

at our discretion.

4. Inspection Before Use

Customers must inspect hair before installation or chemical processing.

Installing or altering hair means you accept the product quality.

No claims will be accepted after hair is used.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed as:

• Store credit

Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless error is from our side.

6. Return Shipping

If return is approved:

• Customer pays return shipping
• Use trackable courier
• We are not responsible for lost returns

Return address will be provided after approval.

For large wholesale or export orders:

• Samples must be approved before bulk order
• Bulk orders cannot be returned unless defect confirmed
• Custom packaging orders are non-refundable

These are not defects.
