Return Policy

At Indian Hair Extensions Inc., we ensure all our products are treated with utmost care so that our clients always receive the best. However, if you are not satisfied with the product please contact our client servicing person and we would be happy to assist you with the issue. We do not offer refunds on our products, but would be glad to offer you an exchange only if they are found to be incorrect.

If you received the incorrect item and if you like to return it then you must email us within 2 business days of receiving the order and the shipping costs of returned goods will be borne by the customer. All items must be returned in their original packaging. opened or tampered goods (the hair extensions have been tried on or worn and or colored/dyed or any alteration to the original product).

Terms and Conditions

  • All returns (if at all) should be notified to Indian Hair Extensions Inc. via e-mail: indianhairextensions@ymail.com within 2 days, from the date of delivery.
  • The product you wish to return (if at all) must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and in its original packed condition.
  • Merchandise that is damaged due to the buyer’s negligence or merchandise with tags removed cannot be accepted at all.
  • Upon verification that the returned product is undamaged and unused and labels not removed, the replacement would be honoured by way stock.

  • No Returns or Refunds can be claimed on customized products. In general, returns may be accepted and refunds issued for products only if they are found to be incorrect.
